Cancellation Policy
Late, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
• Less than 1 hour’s notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour before your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. With less than an hour’s notice, I am unable to reasonably fill your reserved appointment time with another client.
• No shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
As a small business, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last minute cancellations, rescheduling requests, and missed appointments prevent me from offering that time to another client and directly impact my ability to serve my guests. This policy helps protect my time while allowing me to continue providing the best experience possible for every client.
