Cancellation Policy
Late, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. I understand that things happen, which is why I offer an 8 minute grace period. After 8 minutes, your appointment may need to be canceled and will be considered a no show to help ensure I can stay on schedule for all clients.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made LESS than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
As a small business, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last minute cancellations, reschedules, and missed appointments prevent me from offering that time to another client and impact my ability to serve my guests. This policy helps protect my time while allowing me to continue providing the best experience possible for every client.
